AU1 112-2 Essay 2: How to improve your Health and Well Being

There are many ways people can improve their lives. Personally, I think that the three most important things we can do to improve our health and well being are maintaining a healthy diet, engaging in moderate exercise and focusing on mental health. I think everybody should do these three things often because these are all fundamental solutions to health problems.

For example, maintaining a healthy diet will improve people’s lives because A balanced diet, including vegetables, fruits, whole grains, healthy fats, and enough protein, is crucial for maintaining health. It’s important to limit high sugar, high-fat, and processed foods while ensuring proper hydration.. Therefore, I think it’s a good idea for people to Eat less outside food and cook it themselves instead, with less oil and salt to reduce the burden on your body at least five days a week. 

Additionally, if people engage in moderate exercise, regular exercise can build muscle and strengthen immunity. Therefore, I think everybody should start with simple stand-ups and sit-ups, and you can exercise without going out.

Lastly, I think people will be much better off if they do focusing on mental health. Because, by focusing on mental health, people are affected by your mood. When you are in a happy mood, you may be more efficient in whatever you do. It will also help them only with sufficient psychological quality can we face various difficulties

So remember to improve our health and well being are maintaining a healthy diet, engaging in moderate exercise and focusing on mental health whenever you have some free time. Your health and well being will improve and you will be happier.
